I'm not obsessing about age, but here is another (maybe more reasonable) quiz that shows your "real" age. I have seen this on the news before. Pretty interesting.

After you finish the test, they email you a link to your results, as well as an action plan based on the answers you provided in the test. They also have links to create a fitness plan and other ways to keep yourself younger.
Now, some people are saying how our society is so (erroneously) fixated on looking young. This is not about looking young, though. This is about taking care of the body God provided for our temporary stay on earth.
