I was thinking I should make some of the delicious no-knead bread for Christmas, but maybe as rolls. Enter my precious Google. I found the recipe I was looking for, which is pretty much the same as the original except with the dough divided into balls and baked in muffin pans covered with a foil tent. If you've tried the original recipe (so you know what it's supposed to be like), then try the roll adaptation. I will!
