Today was Micah's 4-month check up. Of course, he's actually a week shy of five months, but oh well. He weighed 16lb 13oz, keeping in the 75th percentile for his age. And the reason for being in between the 3-6month and 6-9month sizes already: the boy is in the 90th percentile for height.

The doc says he has great hand control and was impressed at how he tries to pull himself up to sit. She's happy at all his progress and we'll be seeing her again sometime after the 6-month mark.



Less than two days until Micah's very first airplane ride (if you don't count one last spring in utero). I got some advice to breastfeed him while the plane ascends and descends. I will try this and hopefully, since the flight is relatively short, he'll sleep the duration. I'm sure you'll be reading a blog about the trip soon. :)
