Bryan found this while window shopping for houses online today. It's in the same town as our church, about 10 minutes from where we live now. It appears to be a bank owned (forclosure?) and the price is SOOOOOOO good (less than 2/3 its appraised value). Of course part of me is thinking it must be infested with termites or something, but Bryan says it's because the bank wants to get rid of it. It is listed as a 5 bd 3 bath built in 1990 and is on a dead-end street almost on the edge of town.
It could be perfect!
