I'm waiting for my manjarblanco to be done, so I thought I'd share with you this tasty morsel.

Caleb asked me for cottage cheese, so I scooped some out for each of us. He likes his plain, but I decided to break out my fancy new honey. It's delicious! I'm hooked! Goodbye Sue-bee!

I love that it's local, too. I hope when we move back to Washington we can find a good local honey to fall in love with there!
